  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 5-8 business days.
  • Express Shipping/Overnight: Can be accommodated for additional fee. Email hello@kaleiscreations.com for faster shipping options.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method, the destination, and the total order value. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

3. Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Our typical ready to ship order processing time is 1-2 business days. Custom order processing time may vary but is generally 10-21 business days with 1-2 business days to ship out. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer support at hello@kaleiscreations.com for assistance.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's progress by using the tracking number provided.

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
